All sales are final. We do not allow returns, refunds or exchanges. Most items are custom made to order, and that prohibits us from being able to re-sell. If there is a mistake that I have made, I will allow the return and replace it with the corrected Item. We do our best to ensure you have a high quality product you love before it leaves our hands, but I am Human, and I do make an occasional mistake.
Damage during shipping needs to be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the item.
You MUST email me with a photo of the damage and a photo of the packaging
